Most Active Municipal Bonds Widget

The most active bonds widget displays the top five most actively traded bonds for the current day.
The default size of the widget is 350px wide by 200px high. The default fields displayed are:
  • Bond name (truncated to 40 characters)
  • Number of trades (Real time)
  • Total trade volume
  • Last trade price
A custom option allows you to also include two additional fields.
  • Coupon
  • Maturity
Note: Setting this custom option will increase the width of the widget to 408px.

Basic Installation Guide for Most Active Municipal Bonds Widget

Installing the Most Active Bonds widget is a simple, 2 step process:
  • Install the most active bonds widget on your website.
  • Set any custom configuration options you may want.
To install the widget, first copy the following text and place it on your page source in the html template/page where you want the most active trades list to be displayed:

Note: Make sure you allow a minimum space of 350px width and 200px height.
Then on your page source paste the following code just before the closing </body> tag in the html template/page where you want the most active trades list to be displayed:

You have now completed the basic installation of the Bondview Most Active bonds widget.

Advanced custom configuration options for Most Active Municipal Bonds Widget

The custom configuration options allow you to alter the default behavior of the widget. The following parameters are customizable:
  • Type [ normal (default), wide ]
    Wide adds two additional columns: coupon and maturity. By specifying this parameter the width of the widget will be expanded to 408px.
  • Container [ bv-widget-container (default) ]
    This parameter allows you to change the target div id attribute to a value of your choice.
  • CSS
    This parameter allows you to override the default CSS styling of the widget. If you wish to use your own CSS styles, set the value to the location of the css file. You can download a copy of the default CSS file here.
The custom configuration is passed to the widget via the initialize() method call.
Example custom configuration setup:
